Return and Refund Policy

You may return unworn and unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Returns or refunds cannot be accepted after this period.

Return Conditions:
1. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
2. Returns must be sent in the original packaging.
3. Refunds are not possible if:
- the product is damaged,
- parts are missing (unless this was our error),
- or the original packaging is missing.
To process your return, we require a purchase receipt or proof of purchase. In certain cases (e.g. damaged goods), we reserve the right to request photos or videos of the product as evidence.

Procedure:
Please contact us by email at info@ekopel2k.com before returning any items and be sure to include your order number. Returns will only be accepted and refunds processed after our confirmation.

Refund Process:
Once your return has arrived, you will receive confirmation by email. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within a few days to the original payment method (e.g. credit card or PayPal account).

Packing Instructions:
Please pack the product carefully in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept liability for returns damaged in transit.

Return Labels:
We can provide a return label for a fee of €15 upon request.
Alternatively, you may return the item at your own cost using a carrier of your choice to the address above.
